Upgraded SEM Column

e have a stock of ‘old’ SEM columns from Cambridge, Leo, Jeol & FEI that can be fully upgraded with the Point Electronic SEM Upgrade. This option will land you with a trusted column, however all the electronics have been replaced and it will be running Windows 10.
